Leonard Fresquez's sculptures and paintings reference the urban landscapes of Albuquerque.
Whereas his photographs document the moments of everyday life that are normally overlooked or unseen, his artworks rescue cast-off objects to explore the building blocks of civilization, the cultural capital of objects as well as the space between what is real and what is simulacrum.
